velkibd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager via the velkibd platform — whether through a web browser on a desktop computer, a mobile browser on a smartphone, or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation or qualification.

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and velkibd with respect to your use of our online casino, sports betting, crash games, live casino, and all other products and services made available through the platform. They apply to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including players accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and all other regions.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the velkibd platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems may not register as players.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or account restriction — whether initiated by you through our Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by velkibd following a review of your account activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in accordance with the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate partner, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of velkibd or any of its associated companies, where such relationship could create a conflict of interest with respect to gaming activity on the platform.

By registering an account on velkibd, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out above. If at any point you cease to satisfy any of these criteria, you are obliged to cease using the platform immediately and to contact our support team at support [at] velkibd to arrange the orderly closure of your account.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of products and services available on velkibd — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — you must create a registered player account. Account registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of sign-up.

The following conditions apply to all registered accounts on the platform:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active account on velkibd. Opening, attempting to open, or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same bKash or Nagad number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. velkibd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing support [at] velkibd. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending further review.
• Account non-transferability: Your velkibd account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

velkibd supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as straightforward as possible for our players. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Accepted payment methods:

• bKash (personal and merchant wallet)
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay
• Bank transfer (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your gaming balance.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed payment, depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• velkibd does not charge any processing fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard bank transfer fees imposed by your banking institution remain your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing using a third-party bKash, Nagad, or bank account is strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the relevant account reviewed.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification checks.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, velkibd may request identity verification documents, including your national identity card (NID) and proof of ownership of the payment account being used. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and applies to all players regardless of withdrawal amount.
• Funds derived from promotional bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Players must ensure all wagering conditions are met before submitting a withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

velkibd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• Welcome bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000, subject to the wagering requirements specified in the welcome offer terms page. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per device.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each bonus offer. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games) is listed in the bonus terms for each specific promotion. Playing games that carry a 0% contribution will not advance your wagering progress.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, hedging strategies, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse. velkibd reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where bonus abuse is detected.
• Seasonal promotions: Special promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup, and other cultural and sporting events are subject to their own terms, which will be published at the time each promotion is launched. These promotions are available for a limited time and subject to early withdrawal if participation rates or other conditions change.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on velkibd is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published within each game or betting market.

• Bets are final: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed — whether on a cricket match, a live casino table, a slot spin, or a crash game round — it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except where velkibd determines, at its sole discretion, that an error has occurred in the odds, payout, or game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits: Each game and betting market carries a minimum and maximum stake as displayed at the time of placing a bet. velkibd may adjust stake limits at any time, including during live events, without prior notice.
• Sports betting — void bets: A sports bet will be declared void and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the required playing time has elapsed; the market is suspended due to a technical error or a breach of integrity; the event does not start within the scheduled time window stated in the bet terms.
• Crash games: For Fortune Horse, Crash Goal, and other crash-format games available on the platform, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Results are independently verifiable through the provably fair mechanism described in the relevant game rules. No claim of error will be accepted after a round has completed and the result has been logged in your account transaction history.
• Live casino: All live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino table are those of the relevant provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino hand or round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the provider's disconnection policy.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a platform-side technical malfunction that affects the outcome of any game or bet, velkibd reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the velkibd platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any account balance, and — where appropriate — referral to the relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank accounts, stolen bKash or Nagad wallet details, or any other financial instrument that does not legitimately belong to you.
• Money laundering: Using the platform — its deposit and withdrawal infrastructure — as a mechanism to launder proceeds of crime or to disguise the origin of funds. velkibd cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh and elsewhere in relation to suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker variants, coordinating crash game cash-out timing, or influencing live dealer game outcomes.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an advantage over other players or the house edge. All activity on the platform must be conducted by a human player in real time.
• Exploiting errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, technical error, pricing mistake, or miscalculated odds to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Harassment: Using live chat, player messaging features, or any other communication channel on the platform to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other players or velkibd staff members.
• Impersonation: Attempting to access another player's account, impersonating another player, or providing false identity information to pass verification checks.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

velkibd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age following an age verification check.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools available in the account settings panel.
• The account has been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as set out in the fee schedule published on the platform.
• velkibd is required to close the account pursuant to a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by velkibd for reasons other than prohibited conduct or age ineligibility, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure — excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements — will be refunded to the player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
